Massage Today goes beyond massage therapy! Now launching meet up and activity groups for mental and general holistic wellbeing reaching out to the community! Are you facing challenging times or discriminations due to your age? Difficulties finding a job or perhaps feeling lonely? Join the Life after 55 for men only group at Massage Today. Let's have a coffee and talk about it. We meet in small groups of up to six people, go for outings, trips, to cultural places of interest, including arts. or simply have a breakfast or coffee morning and talk. and support each other. Participation of activities is optional Please note this is not a counseling service it is intended as an activity to help you over difficult times. One to one sessions available if required.

Opening hours have now been extended and start as early as 7:30 AM ideal if you wish to have a treatment before starting your daily commitments or if you are visiting London on business arriving or leaving London in the morning. To take advantage of the early opening hours, advanced bookings are highly recommended.
